Rival is a web monitoring service that tracks publicly available web pages for content changes. The service is provided as-is.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only monitor publicly accessible web pages. You must not use the service to monitor pages that require authentication, violate any website's terms of service, or engage in any activity that could harm the monitored websites.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials with others.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring checks run daily and some pages may occasionally fail to fetch due to network issues or website changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rival is not liable for any missed changes, incorrect change detection, or decisions made based on information provided by the service. The service is provided for informational purposes only.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
